We were approached by a Personal Injury Attorney (voted one of the top 10 in Texas) to create a documentary that would help settle a large 18-wheeler case. They had already hired 2 other video production companies who sole focus is legal content, both of those companies attempted and failed at creating a compelling long form ‘Case Documentary.’

We took this challenge on and wrote a story outline based on the case. We then created a 30 minute Case Documentary BASED ON OUR outline. After watching the video for the first time, the Attorney (who we were told would “turn off the video in 30 seconds if it wasn’t good”), said he got chills watching it and stated that it was some of the best documentary work he’s seen in the industry.

We believe our focus on screenwriting helps us stand apart from other video production companies that specialize solely in law videos.

what is it?

20-30 Minute Cinematic Case Presentation IN the tone of Errol morris.

How is it different than ‘Day In THe life’ documentaries?

similar to D-I-T-L documentaries we still interview the plaintiff, but we also incorporate media from the accident, medical graphics and interviews the plaintiff as well as physicians and psychiatrists and present the entire case. the goal is to help settle outside of court.

How do you craft the story and present the case?

In the Pre-Production process we meet with one of the lawyers on the case for 1-2 writing sessions and create our first deliverable: a written story outline. We submit this for approval before the process of filming interviews and editing even begins.

how do you media manage existing case content?

We create and manage a spreadsheet and provide the ability for multiple lawyers to review and provide selects and notes on key components of existing case media (body cam footage, 911 call,  depositions, photos, arguments, story beats, etc)
